Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and optimization of Salesforce MCAE, including automation rules, scoring models, and user access
- Build and manage donor journeys, engagement workflows, landing pages, and email campaigns aligned with lifecycle strategies
- Ensure data integrity by managing field mapping, resolving sync errors, and maintaining CRM-Marketing Automation integration
- Deliver campaign reporting and insights using B2B Marketing Analytics dashboards to drive continuous improvement
- Support data privacy and compliance, ensuring all outreach aligns with governance standards and platform policies
- Advise on scaling automation, personalization tactics, and donor segmentation to support six-figure gift strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with MCAE or a comparable marketing automation platform
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows, lead scoring, grading, and data segmentation strategies
- Experience with the Salesforce Connector and CRM workflows for marketing and fundraising teams.
- Proficiency in creating multi-channel campaigns and analyzing performance data to optimize outreach
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- MCAE certification preferred and a proactive, collaborative approach to digital engagement
Pay Rate: $78-82k/year
