Job Description
As a Marketing Coordinator, your job is to coordinate all the marketing activities and initiatives within MATT & NAT. You will conduct market research, help to carry out promotional campaigns, identify target audiences and evaluate current trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
- Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content.
- Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing, photo and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
- Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
- Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
- Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
- Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
- Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts.
- Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
- Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.
- Track progress with project members to ensure deadline compliance.
- Coordinate sample preparation and shot list for photoshoots.
- Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
Qualifications

1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally in the fashion industry

Post-graduate degree or certificate in PR/Communications or Marketing

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with research using data analytics software (Google Analytics)

Experience working with Klaviyo, Salesforce and Google Docs, an asset.

Established contacts in fashion/lifestyle/retail media an asset
-
Exceptional writing and editing skills, in English and French

Experience with social media considered an asset

Bilingual (French) is required
