Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
