We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales associates. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the team in achieving store goals and objectives.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.
• Oversee inventory management, including pricing and stock levels to optimize sales potential.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management on sales strategies and promotional activities.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.55-$27.03 per hour
