Reporting to : Sales Manager Eastern Canada
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in the Quebec City Region . This permanent position focuses on business development both existing and new, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our innovative product lines. The ideal candidate will have experience in Door hardware and/or Industrial Distribution.
Reporting to: Sales Manager, Eastern Canada
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Promote sales to manufacturers: interior door, prefab and modular home and deck and fence.
- Develop Industrial Distribution and MRO partners.
- Focus on new business development while also managing and nurturing existing customer relationships.
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Territory Management
- Effectively manage the assigned sales territory to ensure maximum sales growth and productivity.
- Develop and implement territory action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Skills Required
- College or University degree in marketing or a related field, combined with relevant experience would be an asset.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in sales to Industrial Market and our target markets to be an asset.
- General knowledge of the industry and experience with product line.
- Experience in business development with strong skills to canvass new opportunities.
- The individual shall possess strong personal and organizational skills.
- Must be highly motivated and can work independently.
- The individual should also have strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (specific to Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word).
