Job Description:

Job Description:

  • Ensure timely availability of parts and components required for new machine introductions in the territory.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels by balancing supply readiness with the need to avoid surplus or excess stock.
  • Lead cross-functional planning for NPI, managing each launch as a structured project with defined timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with Industry Managers to identify and prioritize upcoming models based on business needs.
  • Develop and communicate detailed schedules for all new product launches, escalating risks and roadblocks proactively.
  • Work closely with suppliers to provide accurate forecasts and secure timely delivery of required components.
  • Maintain a centralized reference library for stakeholders, including sales, technical, and product support materials.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership through meetings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support Sales Excellence initiatives by ensuring new products are introduced effectively and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Champion continuous improvement in the NPI process, identifying opportunities and reinforcing best practices across departments.
  • Ensure data integrity for forecasting, inventory planning, and pricing decisions related to new product entries.
  • Assist in developing and tracking performance metrics, KPIs, and scorecards to measure NPI success and drive accountability.
  • Foster strong relationships across departments and with vendors to ensure alignment, collaboration, and timely execution.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in equipment sales, service, or supply chain management, with a focus on distribution or inventory management.
  • Proven project management experience, especially in environments involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
  • Strong change management skills, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and synthesizing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with project planning tools is an asset.
