Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will oversee project delivery from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and regulatory expectations. Daily activities include:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across all phases using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
  • Track costs, forecast expenditures, and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Lead the scoping sessions to define engineering deliverables
  • Liaise with external suppliers and internal stakeholders including OPG representatives.
  • Run progress, status update, and risk review meetings with cross-functional teams.

Requirement:

  • Nuclear industry experience with OPG or Bruce Power (BP) clearance
  • Proven project management experience in detailed engineering projects (e.g., chemical systems, balance of plant, core equipment, or new component integration)
  • Strong technical background in one or more disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation & Control (I&C)
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with vendors
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
