We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Preferred Collision Kingston. The CSR plays a vital role in the customer experience by managing front office operations, assisting clients throughout the repair process, ensuring accurate documentation and communication between customers, estimators, technicians, and insurance providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and explaining the repair process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry tasks.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in-person, ensuring a positive experience.
- Upsell additional services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer care.
- Responsible for the collection and processing of payments.
- Responsible for communicating with insurance companies regarding vehicle repair status.
- Monitor repair estimate files for approval.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with administrative experience.
- Proficient with various data entry processes and software applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Once behind Kingston Dodge, Preferred Collision moved to a larger, more convenient location in February 2020, allowing us to keep up with the increased demand in the collision repair industry.
With a new 10,000 sq ft shop, two large paint booths, and specialized tools and equipment, Preferred Collision is fully equipped to allow our knowledgeable team to perform repairs on all major makes and models of vehicles.
