Reporting to the Division Head – Engineering and as project manager, you manage, control and coordinate all your section’s activities related to the City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux’s building stock, including all renovation and new construction work, as well as energy efficiency maintenance and improvement.
Team-oriented, your challenges will include, among others:
- Planning, organizing, managing, controlling and coordinating construction projects and work on new municipal buildings and the retrofitting of existing buildings
- Preparing technical information and specifications, analyzing bids and making appropriate recommendations
- Monitoring and analyzing the progress of contracts and, where required,
