About the role
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:
- Concevoir des solutions (requis fonctionnels &techniques, réutilisation de composants) ainsi que la stratégie d'implantation & d'intégration.
- Produire des estimations, des envergures pour des solutions à développer ou des progiciels à mettre en place ou à intégrer.
- Réaliser les documents & effectuent les présentations des différents scénarios à envisager à mettre en place ou à intégrer afin de répondre aux besoins des clients ou d'affaires.
- Contribuer fortement & orienter la réalisation de la liste des critères d'acceptations de manière fiable, répétable & soutenable.
- Selon le besoin ou le secteur agir à titre d'expert d'une ou des solutions TI, que ce soit au niveau des progiciels ou applications maison. Prendre en charge les discussions TI avec le fournisseur, faire la veille au niveau des fonctionnalités, effectuer de l'accompagnement, autres.
- Effectuer de l'accompagnement (normes, architectures de référence, méthode de travail, autres) auprès des équipes TI.
- Participer à l'évolution de son domaine d'expertise en prenant part aux activités au travers les différentes communautés de pratique & d'amélioration continue des processus, façons de faire & outils.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bonne connaissance en produits & services financiers (atout) ou dans le domaine de l'assurance
- Capable de rédiger des documents fonctionnels de qualité
- Expérience dans un projet de migration de systèmes & d'implantation de progiciel
- Bilinguisme (français & anglais)
- Démontrer un excellent leadership dans ses actions & interventions; excellent esprit d'équipe & de collaboration; et de l'aisance à interagir avec les gens & des équipes différentes
- Posséder de fortes habilités en communication
- Être autonome & responsable
- Être en mesure de travailler sur des dossiers complexes comprenant différentes dimensions
- Être capable de travailler avec minutie sur plusieurs dossiers à la fois.
- Posséder une forte tolérance face à l'ambiguïté & l'inc
