About the role

The Opportunity:
If you are excellent with details, problem-solving, and know commercial lines verbiage like the back of your hand, then we want you to apply!
A Day in the Life:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, providing exceptional service, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Managing an established book of accounts.
- Cross selling to existing clients.
- Negotiating renewals for existing customers and resolving customer issues.
- Coordinating services, answering client questions, and resolving problems which may arise.
- Working closely with the producer when negotiation and securing the most appropriate carrier coverage based upon client needs for new and renewal business and negotiating cost of those coverages.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum five years of commercial lines insurance experience.
- RIBO license is required.
- CAIB, CIP, CRM, and other insurance-related designations are an asset.
- High level of proficiency with computer application skills and online carrier portals.
