Position Overview

To support our growth and strengthen our market presence, we are looking for an Account Manager – Additive Manufacturing & 3D Scanning . This role combines business development and technical expertise, offering the opportunity to promote cutting-edge solutions to a diverse industrial client base. The person in this role will cover Ontario, with a focus on Toronto, have access to our fully equipped showroom for effective demonstrations, and can rely on a technical resource when needed.

Location

Our offices are located in Markham, Ontario. While this position requires travel to meet clients across the territory, we prefer that the candidate reside near the office to facilitate collaboration and communication with the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for additive manufacturing and 3d Scanning solutions and services;
  • Identify and prospect new clients within the manufacturing sector;
  • Identify prospect and develop new markets opportunities
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions in 3D Printing, 3D Scanning, inspection, and more;
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, demonstrations, negotiation, and contract closure;
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation;
  • Stay up to date on market trends and recommend improvements to our solutions portfolio;
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality post-sales support.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in technical or industrial sales;
  • Strong knowledge of additive manufacturing and/or 3d Scanning (an asset);
  • Proven expertise in business development and account management;
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate with key decision-makers;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Autonomous, dynamic, and passionate about technological innovation.
