Expert IT Solutions is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician in our Red Deer location.

Responsibilities:

· Providing remote and on-site technical support for troubleshooting for desktop support

· Monitoring and responding to incoming service requests by phone, email or in-person.

· Configuration, upgrading, installing, and repairing IT assets.

· Identifying and recommending solutions to clients

· PC Hardware, software and peripherals managements and troubleshooting

· Management of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems

Requirements:

· 2+ years systems support experience in a hands-on technical role

· Diploma in computer science or information technology

· Microsoft Certification(s) (Microsoft Azure, 365, Server, and/or Desktops)

· Basic understanding of server and network environments

· Ability to support Windows operating systems

· Ability to support Microsoft Office Applications including Office 365 – an asset

· Familiarity with backup solutions, Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware – an asset

· Basic technical training (CompTIA or Equivalent) – an asset

· CompTIA Network • CISCO, CCNA or CCIE, SQL Certification

· Strong troubleshooting skills

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Valid driver’s license and vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $46,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
