We are seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in property restoration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality workmanship, timely delivery, and adherence to safety standards.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of restoration projects, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and collaborate with a team of professionals to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate damage, identify restoration needs, and develop restoration strategies.
Client Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, property managers, insurance representatives and other stakeholders.
- Communicate project status updates, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the restoration process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Budgeting and Cost Management
- Prepare accurate project budgets, estimates, and cost projections based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Monitor project expenses, track costs against budget, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing and maximize profitability.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess project progress, identify deficiencies, and address issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
Team Leadership and Development
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Delegate tasks effectively, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in property restoration or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, construction assembly, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the following software Xactimate, PSA, Encircle and DocuSketch
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure.
