client-focused business.
About The Role As the Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless management of administrative, transactional, and client service tasks. You will be the right hand to a leading agent, contributing to both back-end efficiency and front-end professionalism.
Compensation $55,000
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, calendar, email management, and correspondence
- Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
- Prepare essential documents, including comparative market analysis and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timelines
- Proactively oversee the Associate Broker’s tasks, delegating as necessary and following up to completion
- Prepare listing and marketing materials, coordinate showings, and liaise with photographers, stagers, and clients
- Manage, maintain, and update CRM systems and client databases
- Assist in organizing client events and community outreach initiatives
- Act as the office quarterback, greeting visitors into the office and directing them to the appropriate team members, handle incoming calls, and provide support to the office manager when needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as a liaison between clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and other industry partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry(REALTOR or administrative support)
- Strong knowledge of MLS, CREB systems, and real estate transaction contracts, and transaction management platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Embracing the ever-evolving nature of this role, remaining flexible and open to change
- Professional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools
- A self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset
