Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Evening and Weekend Tier 1 IT call suppot to join our team to provide support to our broadband and fiber customers. As a Tier 1 Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products or services

• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues

• Perform data entry and maintain customer records

• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Discuss account information and take payments

• Upsell products or services to customers when applicable

• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience

• Proficient in phone etiquette and active listening

• Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions

• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
