- Handle food items safely and efficiently, adhering to all food handling regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting shortages.
- Maintain equipment and utensils in good working condition by cleaning and sanitizing as required.
Skills
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in food preparation or working in a restaurant kitchen is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure during busy service times.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance is an asset.
