JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support initiatives around our AI/ML-based chatbot builds. This role partners with stakeholders across business and engineering teams to define chatbot capabilities, enhance user experience, and align conversational AI with enterprise goals.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

7+ years of experience

Experience with documentation (waterfall and agile) within Jira and Confluence

Experience with AI/ML

Experience with Chat bot creations
-
Experience with LLM and LMP (LAMP is a plus)

Experience working with APIs documentation and configuration

Process engineering

using Draw.IO (Lucic, Viseo etc)
