As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement.
The Director of Continuous Improvement will be responsible for leading strategic and innovative initiatives that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and member satisfaction. This role will champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, and implementing best practices that align with organizational strategic goals and enhance performance across the organization.
The Director of Continuous Improvement collaborates with business leaders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities using data-driven insights to drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities include facilitating change management initiatives, monitoring KPIs to measure success, and ensuring compliance through regular audits. The Director also provides mentorship to teams, fosters a culture of innovation and accountability, and serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on continuous improvement best practices.
Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement initiatives with measurable results.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is an asset.
