About the role
Description Regional Administrator Are you a self-driven individual with strong organizational and administrative skills? Kal Tire is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Regional Administrator to join our team at our Port Kells (Langley) location. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative tasks across multiple store locations, including handling various stages of our inventory processes.
Location : 2233 Leckie Rd Kelowna BC
Hours : Full-time, permanent position (32+ hours per week, with benefits after 3 months)
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage administrative functions across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operation of inventory processes.
- Utilize office software (Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleSoft) to input and manage data.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with the team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Significant office experience with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong proficiency with various office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PeopleSoft.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- A team player with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
