Known for our exceptional service and top-quality systems, we proudly serve over 1,500 clients across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. We are now proudly opening a location office in Portage la Praire area to better serve our new and existing Manitoba clients.

Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Water Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of water treatment systems - including softeners, filtration units, and whole-house reverse osmosis systems - in both residential and agricultural settings.
Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair water treatment systems such as softeners, filtration units, and RO systems

Diagnose system issues and perform efficient, high-quality service and repairs - Conduct regular maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal performance - Clearly explain equipment operation and maintenance to clients

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Ensure safety and compliance with all company procedures and industry regulations
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in plumbing or water systems is an asset but not required- Experience in water treatment systems, plumbing, or mechanical repair preferred - Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on problem-solving approach

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physically capable of lifting equipment and working in various conditions

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-One to two months paid training on location at company headquarters
