Your Opportunity:
As front-line reception for the Picture Butte after hours Clinic, this role attends and assists patients and members of the public as they arrive at the clinic. Included in the daily duties would be attending patients in Connect Care, booking appointments as needed and navigating inquiries to the appropriate. This position is also responsible for the maintenance /updating of medical records electronic and running appointment reports. The main purpose of this role is booking and reception, however this manages incoming patients and books appointments for physicians and an LPN who work out of the Clinic. Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a health care setting or medical office. Previous training and experience with Connect Care. Strong skills with Microsoft office, excel and outlook required. Must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and exceptional multi-tasking skills, including prioritization. Must work well in team environment and include good interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and team building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and minute taking skills.
