With nearly a century of experience and offices across Canada, the firm is known for handling complex legal matters and supporting clients in both Canadian and global markets.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal administrative support, including drafting documents and managing client correspondence
- Oversee billing processes and support various practice areas, including health law, wills and estate litigation, and employment law
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel for assigned lawyers
- Build strong relationships with clients, lawyers, and staff
- Handle general administrative and office duties
- Provide executive support to the Managing Partner
- Manage confidential communications and calendar, coordinate travel and leadership meetings
- Assist with marketing initiatives and campaign coordination
- Maintain organized and secure filing systems
- Foster a collaborative and engaged team environment
- Support the Practice Group and operations
- Coordinate logistics for Practice Group meetings and events
- Prepare monthly trust accounting reports
- Manage event logistics, including registrations, travel, and communications
- Support client engagement and practice development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Legal Assistant diploma or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in a legal support role; litigation experience an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional, discreet, and highly organized
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Self-motivated with minimal need for supervision
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
