Who You Are:
Alstar Group of Companies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Fabrication Foreman who is driven, passionate about their work, and excels in leading large teams in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
This is a contractor position.

What We're Looking For From You - If This Describes You, We'd Love to Meet!
- 3+ years of leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of pipe schedules, fittings, and fabrication flow
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to see and manage the flow of fabrication from start to finish
- Demonstrated drive and a genuine desire to work and lead by example
- Journeyman Welder with B Pressure ticket or Pipefitter ticket required
- Rig welder experience is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 40+ people
- Understand and interpret Fabrication drawings
- Oversee daily workflow and ensure efficient project progress
- Assign tasks, monitor quality, and maintain safety standards
- Communicate effectively with management, crew, and other departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Ensure proper use of pipe schedules and fittings
- Promote a positive work culture and high morale

With capabilities for both small and large scale projects across western Canada, we can complete major projects in compressed timeframes by prefabricating in our Calgary, Hinton and Fort St. John facilities with a combined total of 135,000 sq ft. of shop space. Alstar has a well developed project services team with project controls, project management and estimating to support your project from start to finish.
