Notified is looking for a motivated, detail-loving Marketing Associate to support our Global Marketing team. If you like variety in your day, enjoy staying organized, and want to learn the ins and outs of how great marketing programs come together, this role might be for you. You’ll help with webinars, event planning, content calendars, budgets, and behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same, and you’ll get exposure to lots of different areas across the team.

Location : 155 University Avenue, Toronto, Canada. Our expectation at this time is you will work from our office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday & Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of webinars and in-person activations
  • Assist with invoice processing, budget administration, and coordination with vendors and partners
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, content calendars, and campaign documentation
  • Help organize internal resources for campaigns and events (briefs, creative assets, team communications)
  • Collaborate with team members on project planning, timelines, and post-campaign reporting
  • Pitch in where needed—this is a true team-player role with lots of variety

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing, communications, or project coordination role
  • Experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and programs preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and a knack for managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive, curious mindset—you’re not afraid to ask questions or take initiative Familiarity with tools like Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, ChatGPT, and basic project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting marketing events, webinars, or content programs
  • Exposure to marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or CMS platforms
