About the Role:
Fitzrovia is seeking to hire a Leasing Associate to join our team. The Leasing Associate will be responsible for executing the onsite leasing functions and sales efforts for one of Fitzrovia’s luxury apartment communities, attaining leasing goals while building rapport with prospects and residents. The Leasing Associate is also responsible for providing exceptional service to community residents, future residents, vendors, and the corporate management team. This role takes an active role in the external marketing and advertising of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Tour prospects and answer questions about the property, amenities, and the local community to highlight the quality of the community.
- Explain lease information, qualify prospects and build interest to drive the lease closing process.
- Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to company standards.
- Ensure and monitor all traffic entering CRM/Inbound Channels to track leasing activities.
- Walk apartment units prior to showing and occupancy by resident.
- Review leasing paperwork and monitor all leasing workflow requirements.
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly leasing reports as required.
- Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic. Ensure online advertising is reviewed and updated daily.
- Review marketing plans, leasing strategies, and advertising proposals with assistance of the Leasing Manager.
- Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, and other representatives.
- Report all property issues, leasing objections, and potential liabilities along with recommendations for solving such issues to Property Manager.
- Prepare and maintain complete resident and general office files; keeping proper documentation at all times.
- Maintain Renter’s Insurance compliance per company policies and procedures.
- Monitor Month-to-Month leases, complete audit and ensure MTM lease compliance.
- Shop competition to keep abreast of local market conditions and submit Weekly Market Survey.
- Track work order activity including monitoring completion each day and follow up warm calls.
- Monitor compliance with revenue management system and participate in weekly calls (if applicable).
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelors degree, Diploma or Certificate in Business, Hospitality or related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in real estate or a luxury product.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, curious, responsive, and result driven.
- Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills
- Superior communication and presentation skills, both orally and in writing.
