Sales Admin/ Business Development Representative – (Sales Support Focus)

As our presence expands globally, we’re building a strong Sales foundation to connect with more partners and clients, and we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Admin / Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting our Sales team.
About the role
This role is ideal for someone with previous sales administration or BDR experience who enjoys being the engine behind a Sales team’s success. You’ll assist with lead generation, identifying new clients, email outreach, scheduling meetings, and supporting proposal development.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a self-starter, enjoy cold calls and cold emails, excellent communicator, and can conduct thorough market research.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales team by managing outbound email outreach, follow-ups, and cold contact campaigns.

Research potential clients and help build a qualified lead database using platforms such as LinkedIn and industry-specific directories.

Draft and send emails on behalf of the team, ensuring accurate and professional communications.

Book and manage sales meetings, discovery calls, and follow-ups, ensuring calendars and CRM records are always up to date.

Help prepare proposal documents and other materials required by the Sales team.

Track outbound activity metrics and prepare summary reports for internal sales meetings via HubSpot.

Stay informed about industry trends, client updates, and upcoming events that may influence sales opportunities.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned messaging.

Perform other administrative or event-related tasks as assigned by your manager or requested by other staff.

Attend in-person conferences as needed to support sales staff.

Who You Are

2+ years of experience in a sales support, customer success, or BDR/admin role, ideally in a startup or B2B environment
-
Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and track follow-ups

Professional written and verbal communicator. You can craft clear, concise messages that reflect the brand voice

Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email outreach platforms)

Highly proactive and self-directed. You don’t wait to be told what to do next

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Able to work collaboratively and take direction well from multiple team members
Bonus Qualifications:

Experience supporting a technical product or working with civil infrastructure clients

Familiarity with sales automation and lead generation tools

Pay: Base Salary ($50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience)

Current procedure for condition assessment of civil structures is laborious, time-consuming, costly, dangerous and highly dependent on subjective human judgment. We use our proprietary damage assessment software, paired with a patent-pending drone-based data collection technology to inspect structures faster, accurately, reliably, and at a reduced cost.
