Vehicle Remarketing Services Specialist - NAR

Additionally, we provide commercial financing products to Audi, Ducati, and Volkswagen Dealers.
Job Summary
To support the NAR (North American Region) Remarketing Department in all vehicle remarketing aspects of dealer relations, dealer online sales, and the dealer service loaner and other programs. This role will utilize thorough knowledge of lease end policies concerning vehicle inspections, customer end of term processes, dealer sales and arbitrations, and dealer service loaners. This role will play a critical component with identifying trends and opportunities to increase process efficiencies for NAR Remarketing, dealerships, as well as vendors.
Job Responsibilities
Direct Channel Monitoring and Support
- Identify trends and opportunities when vehicles move through online lifecycle (seller removed, hold awaiting location, ungrounded reporting, mileage discrepancy, bankruptcy reporting)
- Responsible for managing payoff shortage queue
- Manage emails related to Audi Direct, Volkswagen Direct, Audi Pre-Owned Direct, VW Pre-Owned Direct usage and purchase inquiries:
- Payment methods and site access
- Remarketing program level inquiries
- Incentive payouts
- Lease Pull-Ahead Programs
- Pricing, Title, and Ownership inquiries
- Transportation inquiries
- Dealer Service Loaner inquiries
Dealer Phone Calls and Field Support
- Follow up with dealers on vehicles that have not been grounded within three business days. Identify trends and work with field personnel and dealership to ensure process is understood and followed.
- Manage phone calls related to AudiDirect, Audi Pre-Owned Direct, Volkswagen Pre-Owned Direct and VolkswagenDirect usage and purchase inquiries:
- Payment methods and site access
- Audi Certified Excellence and VW Affinity level inquiries
- VW and Audi CPO bonus payouts
- Lease Pull-Ahead Programs and Continuations
- Pricing and title inquiries
- Transportation inquiries
- Dealer Service Loaner inquiries
- Generate accurate manual dealer payoff quotes as requested by Franchise and Non-Franchise dealers and follow-up on dealer payoff shortages as necessary.
Administer Vehicle Remarketing Service Products
- Administer the completion of client agreements
- Manage the inventory assignment and pricing process
- Oversee adherence to SLAs under the Remarketing Services Products
- Client Payments
- Client Inventory
- Vendor Accountability (Technology and Product Delivery Fulfillment)
Experience:
- 2-4 years customer and dealer contact experience
- 2-4 years Remarketing Lease End related experience (preferred)
Education:
- College Diploma
- Bachelors degree in Business (preferred)

Work Flexibility:
- Ability to work Monday – Friday between 8:00am – 8:00pm and Saturday (on rotation) 11:00am – 3:00pm
- This position is remote
