About The Role As a Propellic Account Executive (AE) , you are the first and most memorable impression prospects have of our agency. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—qualifying inbound demand, proactively prospecting, orchestrating pitch teams, and closing deals that set both the client and our delivery teams up for long-term success. If you thrive on lightning-fast follow-up, value-driven storytelling, and hitting pipeline goals without sacrificing the customer experience, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities Inbound Lead Management: Call new web-form leads within 5 minutes when able (always < 2 business hours), qualify/disqualify immediately, and log complete records in HubSpot within 24 business hours. Monitor the company email inbox, phone, and Dealfront (Leadfeeder) Slack alerts daily; identify decision-makers and book discovery calls.- Sales Ownership & Deal Management: Deliver the Propellic sales deck with confidence; run discovery, strategy, proposal, and scope-review meetings; maintain deal value and close dates in HubSpot after every touch; negotiate MSAs/SOWs; attend client kickoffs; and liaise with Operations to ensure capacity aligns with forecasts.

  • Conference Engagement: Build target-account lists within three days of attendee-list release, pre-book meetings and co-host dinners/activations, capture on-site notes, and add all leads with context to HubSpot within 24 hours post-event.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: When your calendar isn’t full (≤ 3 intro + 2 strategy calls per day), dedicate one full day each week to outbound. Use the Propellic TAM, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn, email, and phone in triple-touch cadences, and convert high-intent website visitors surfaced by Dealfront. What Success Looks Like
  • ≥ 90 % of inbound leads receive live contact within 30 minutes.
  • Average sales cycle: ≤ 3 weeks (unless delayed by prospect).
  • ≥ 33 % SQL-to-closed-won conversion rate on owned deals.
  • All CRM records have clean contact data, deal stage, value, and next step.
  • Consistently positive feedback from prospects on responsiveness and clarity.

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years full-cycle B2B sales experience (agency, SaaS, martech, or media strongly preferred).
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota in consultative/solution sales.
  • Fluent with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern prospecting stacks.
  • Storyteller who translates marketing jargon into board-ready business value.
  • Hyper-responsive, detail-obsessed, and able to juggle multiple deals without dropping follow-ups.
  • Comfortable negotiating contracts and partnering with legal/finance teams.
  • Bonus: experience selling to travel, tourism, or hospitality brands.
