- Proven ability to improve productivity, engagement and retention
- Experience managing store and/or department operations within the grocery industry
- Commitment to delivering consistent results in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated an ability to communicate effectively to colleagues and customers

- Strong financial acumen to deliver business results
- Travel is required between multiple store locations within the St. John's area, occasional travel within the province as well.
