LGM North America is presently looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer. The first mission will be to put in place a failure report process for a large-scale railway project.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee the implementation of failure report and analysis process;
- Ensure that all the relevant data are correctly set up in the CMMS;
- Perform detailed analysis of failure data to identify patterns, trends, and root causes of failures;
- Lead meeting with multiple stakeholders to perform root cause analysis and address the issues;
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified issues and prevent recurrence;
- Work with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement and deploy the process;
- Map the costs of activities and ensure that there are no hidden costs;
- Participate in technical and administrative meetings;
- Build a strong relationship with the client.
- Engineering degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in reliability and maintenance
- Proven experience in FRACAS processes.
- Knowledge of CMMS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with the development of complex Safety Assurance techniques.
