- Naturally curious and always asking “what if?” and “what’s next?”
- Collaborative and business-minded with the ability to balance customer needs and organizational goals.
- Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity while delivering clear recommendations.
- Thrive in cross-functional teams and enjoy being at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution.
- Eager to challenge the status quo and unlock new opportunities through pricing innovation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and optimize pricing models, rate structures, and incentive strategies across business lines.
- Support annual and ad hoc pricing reviews in partnership with Finance, Underwriting, Sales, and Product teams.

- Partner with Digital, CX, Marketing and Brand teams to ensure pricing transparency and ease of access across platforms.
- Champion pricing best practices and maturity across the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, analytics, or financial modeling roles.
- Strong understanding of insurance, benefits, or subscription-based business models (experience in health, life, travel or disability products is an asset).
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to deliver impactful pricing strategies.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; experience with data visualization and modeling tools.
