Job Purpose Lead the sustainment, adoption, and frontline support of CRM and sales technologies to enable strategic sales effectiveness, digital transformation, and operational excellence across Mackenzie’s Retail Distribution team.
Responsibilities Leadership and Team Oversight
- Leadership of the Sales Technology Team.
- Set and review performance objectives, coach and develop the team of Sales Technology Analysts and Salesforce Data Maintenance administrators.
CRM & Sales Technology Change Management & Projects
- Collaborate with and influence key partners to improve the adoption of sales tools and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for adoption improvement through discovery activities.
Create and Execute Change Management Plans
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Sales Leaders to identify key performance indicators and insights on adoption for initiatives.
- Lead the coordination of change management plan execution in collaboration with Sales Leaders, Sales Enablement and Learning and Development.
Day-to-Day Operations
- Oversee activities related to the management of licensing and reporting for distribution technologies such as Zoom, Morningstar, Salesforce, SAP Concur.
- Oversight of Retail Distribution’s operational activities, including all Business Continuity and any other corporate IGM initiatives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in change management, preferably within a sales organization or Canadian investment firm.
- Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring a team.
- Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong working relationships with a variety of partners and senior leadership across the organization.
- Ability to plan, analyze data, summarize and present insights to senior leadership as well as coordinate and execute against plan on multiple initiatives.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external partners at all levels.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, or any other CRM.
- Post-Secondary education in a relevant business discipline.
- Designation or accreditation in Change Management such as Prosci certification.
