What you will do:
Utilize your clinical expertise to ensure our clients receive the highest quality Nursing care, tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Delivered with empathy, excellence, and reliability, our care prioritizes the comfort and safety of our clients in their own care setting. This includes but is not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention. Tracheostomy and/or ventilator experience is an asset. With our efficient work schedules, you will be focused more on care time and less travel time.
Hours: Overnight Nurse 11pm-7am
Location: Greater Hamilton and Burlington Area (Daily travel requirement). Community role. Daily visits to client homes to interact with clients, family members and Bayshore team members.

Qualifications:
Education & Training:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, RPN; (evidence required)
- Current registration, in good standing, with the provincial regulating body.
- Additional training and certification such as CNA certifications, Learning Essentials for Advanced Palliative Care (LEAP), deSouza and other specialty training would be an asset to this role
- Competencies will be dependent on funder and branch requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (G2 or G) and willing to drive own car in the community
Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of recent experience, preferably in a community setting as a healthcare professional
