What You'll Be Doing:
Enterprise Programs delivers on many of CIBC’s largest programs. Our portfolio includes multi-year, multi-Line of Business (LOB) projects and programs which often have a high level of complexity and risk. We do this with a talented team of professionals who are responsible for strategic analysis, financial/quantitative reporting, obtaining buy-in from senior leaders, developing tactics and overseeing implementations. We operate in a fast-paced, high performing team with a high degree of visibility among senior leaders across TI&I and with various partners across the bank. This role involves a broad skillset, including work in Centre of Excellence (COE) strategy execution, business analysis and business management, with opportunities to learn within the role. You will be a member of the Enterprise Client Relationship Management (ECRM) COE, which oversees the usage of Salesforce across CIBC. The successful candidate will assist in managing the end-to-end execution of our initiatives and oversee recurring reporting and ad hoc data management tasks.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
How You'll Succeed:
- Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with line of business contacts, executives and other leaders across multiple CIBC LOBs, providing leadership, advisory and consultation for our partners. You’re able to leverage strong interpersonal skills to succeed in a small-team setting.
- Communication Skills: Accurately convey the needs of the ECRM COE to partner LOBs via detailed communications. Prepare and present documentation to a Senior-level audience at Management and Executive Steering Committees and Value reviews with partner vendors. Capture and distribute Executive-level briefings with accuracy.
- Business Management: You will support business management accountabilities including key activities such as, reporting and tracking of monthly and quarterly metrics, and oversight of governance activities.
- Understanding and Documenting Requirements: Work closely with business and technology partners to gather business and technical requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure needs are met. Create strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Process Improvement: Recommend solutions to enhance processes, eliminate risks, and improve speed and quality. Perform problem determination and root cause analysis; identify bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities of existing processes.
- Analytics Leadership and Lead Execution: Lead key analytics and reporting activities related to enterprise-wide licensing management. You can make sense of big data by deriving insights from raw data and providing thought leadership for decision making. Develop and recommend actionable optimization opportunities for our business partners. Lead the analysis, research, narrative building, and stakeholder communication required for the successful execution of initiatives.
Who You Are:
- You demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analysis or Business Management, Project/Program Coordinator, or Centre of Excellence role. It is an asset if you have prior experience working with CRM Platforms. Knowledge of Salesforce is a bonus.
- You're an effective communicator. You exhibit strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. You have the ability to communicate effectively with management, and team members across CIBC, and are capable of leading meetings and facilitating decision making.
- You give meaning to data. You are intellectually fearless, enjoy investigating complex problems, and making sense of information. You're confident in your ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way to your leadership team.
- You understand that success is in the details. You notice things that others don't. Your analytical rigor and critical thinking skills help to inform your decision making.
- You embrace and champion change. You'll continuously evolve your thinking and the way you work in order to deliver your best. You look beyond the moment. You make decisions and take actions that will make a difference today and tomorrow. You proactively seek new opportunities to define what's possible.
- Values matter to you. You bring your real self to work and you live our values - trust, teamwork, and accountability.
