The Senior Manager, CUSO Financial Crimes Governance will be responsible for overseeing the governance framework for financial crimes compliance within CUSO. This role involves ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial crimes.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement governance frameworks for financial crimes compliance.
- Monitor and report on compliance with financial crimes regulations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective risk management.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the organization's financial crimes compliance program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance or a related area.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS).
- Experience in a managerial role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- This position is available in two locations: Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Raleigh, North Carolina.
