We are currently seeking a candidate who is qualified for the role of Inventory/Receiving Clerk. The role of Inventory Clerk reports to the Production Supervisor. Liburdi Turbine Services offers competitive wages The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Maintaining and updating records, as well as, monitoring inventory levels as materials, equipment and stock are issued/transferred to the floor.
- Maintaining and updating project task boards.
- Using ERP software for inventory transactions.
- Audit inventory levels and adjust stock levels to accommodate demand.
- Monitor floor stock levels, ordering required parts and replenish low-level stock.
- Cycle counting of stock components, machine items, and etc.
- Reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer record.
- Develop and/or improve existing inventory procedures.
- Generate part numbers for inventory.
- Perform daily receiving function verifying supplier shipments and updating in our Great Plains software
- Updating shipment notifications in our Intranet software.
- Maintain 5S environment and work in a safe manner to continually improve the department’s service to both internal and external customers.

Key Experience:
- Inventory experience is an asset but not required
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Experience with ERP Software is an asset but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is an asset but not required
- Solid understanding of loading dock, tow-motor and warehousing safety principles
- Forklift certificate is an asset but not required
