Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Safe Umbrella Healthcare. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our patients through tailored therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and self-care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid occupational therapy license in Canada.
• Experience in case management or acute care settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour
