About the role
This is an excellent opportunity in Montreal to work as a Tax Associate at a well established, full service law firm. This lawyer will join a thriving tax department and work on sophisticated files amongst talented practitioners in a dynamic and collegial milieu.
The ideal candidates will have/be:

A member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
-
Have approximately 2-7 years of pertinent tax experience, particularly in personal and corporate tax planning, corporate reorganizations, estate and post mortem planning;

Strong drafting, negotiating, analytical and interpersonal skills;
-
Strong business acumen and be client focused;
-
Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast paced work environment;
-
Be bilingual;
-
A Master’s degree in Taxation or completion of the CPA In-Depth Tax Course, a strong asset.
