About the role
Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP is the leading and largest vertically integrated IT Asset Disposition & recycling processor in Canada. We are seeking a RMA Clerk to join our North Bay Team. In this fast-paced environment, the RMA Clerk will be responsible for processing defective parts and verifying/compiling inventory reports. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse.
- Perform routine clerical duties.
- Verify and compile inventory reports.
- Process defective parts and track units sent for repair.
- Record the quantity, type, and value of stock on hand using computerized or manual inventory system.
- Unpack, store, and sort goods received.
- Verify part information and prepare part labels.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel for basic data entry.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel.
