Join the Agropur Burnaby team as a Part Time General Labour in the Warehouse. We offer a starting wage of $28.88 per hour, as well as evening and night premiums and the opportunity to contribute to a home-grown cooperative!

What this Warehouse General Labour role is:

  • Support production by running dairy case machines and executing shipping and receiving warehouse tasks.

What you need to join our team:

  • Knowledge of Cooler/Freezer operations
  • Self-directed & enthusiastic
  • Able to communicate stock related needs and concerns effectively and proactively, assist in ordering stock items and maintain inventory control procedures
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a team member
  • Ability to properly receive and document all incoming goods
  • Able to maintain a clean and safe workplace
  • Responsible for maintaining forklift, pallet jack and other related warehousing equipment
  • Perform any other duties as required under the direction of management and/or Assistant Foreman
  • Physically fit with good attendance and safety record
  • Ability to read, write and do basic math
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work all shifts (day, afternoon, graveyard)

Work schedule could be 5 x 8 hour shifts OR 4 x 10 hour shifts per week at our 24/7 facility. You need to be available to work a combination of days, nights, and graveyard shifts and schedules will vary week to week.
