We are seeking an investigative and conventional Rebate Claims Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing full lifecycle of customer rebate claims - from extracting and comparing data to identifying and resolving discrepancies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate claim issues, validate product and transactional data, ensure timely and accurate resolution and eventually, automate entire process to simple clicks. Your ability to manage data and communicate clearly will be key to supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Reports to: Data & Product Strategy Analyst

Job Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary education in fields such as mathematics, economics, computer science or a related field;
  • Experience or demonstrated ability working with data using tools like Excel. SQL or/and Python is not required but considered as an asset;
  • Basic understanding of data workflows, including data cleaning, transformation, and reporting;
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records;
  • Good communication skills, especially when working across teams or with external partners;
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and follow through on timelines;
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Rebate Claims Data Management

    : Track, validate, and submit rebate claims data using the company’s CRM system, ensuring high standards of accuracy and timely submissions;

  • Claims’ Issue Resolution

    : Communicate with customers or partners on clarification and  resolution of any discrepancies or missing information related to rebate claims;

  • Data Integration and Cleaning

    : Manage company’s database, collaborate with different teams on consolidation of data from multiple systems (e.g. CRM, sales platforms), ensuring consistent formatting and clean datasets ready for analysis and reporting;

  • Data Query and ETL

    : Utilize Python, SQL, and Excel to respond to data requests from management through extracting, transforming, and loading data as needed for reports and analysis;

  • Pipeline Development

    : Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines to streamline routine processes and improve data reliability;

  • Reporting and Dashboarding

    : Create regular reports and interactive dashboards to visualize key business metrics and support strategic planning;

  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives.
