About the role
Job Description You are responsible for the management of payables and the impact on the theoretical inventory of the stores assigned to him/her according to the standards and policies established by the head office of UAP Inc.
- Prepare control reports that establishes the value of store inventories.
- Performs various clerical tasks. For example, coding invoices, cost reports, claims registers, discrepancy reports and centralized store document management;
- Validate various TAMS reports, store document filing, various head office documents.
- Validate the purchase journal, general ledger and make the necessary arrangements to allow the stakeholders to post an annual inventory take.
- Manages and controls the arrival of internal mail and mail from the stores.
- Implements actions and makes decisions that generally have limited impact on departmental results.
Requirements To join our team, you need:
- College diploma in accounting with at least one year’s experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication in both English and French, both orally and in writing. In your role, you will have to work with internal clients across Canada on an ongoing basis.
