About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our campaigns. This role involves collaborating with team members to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales through effective digital marketing strategies.
Duties
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
- Develop, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Design engaging graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite or PPT
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor social media performance and generate regular engagement reports
- Support email marketing efforts and contribute to blog writing
- Help update and maintain website content, ensuring SEO and brand consistency
- Research trends and competitors to inform content strategy
- Work with clinic staff to produce authentic content while respecting patient confidentiality
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as needed

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and scheduling tools
- Basic proficiency with Adobe tools, or similar design platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Creative thinker with attention to detail
- Passionate about wellness, healthcare, or community outreach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 1 years of experience
- Canadian education in Marketing feild
