Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and handle transactions efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions.
• Handle cash and credit card payments with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and dining space.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
