Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and materials for marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Support field marketing teams with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Assist in tracking campaign performance metrics and customer feedback
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
- Help maintain marketing supplies, inventory, and branded materials
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team meetings
- Attend on-site events and activations as required
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Energetic, reliable, and comfortable working in a team-based, in-person environment
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and available for full-time, on-site work in Toronto
