Connect6 Group is looking to add to our expanding team! We are currently looking for a Telecommunication Regional Sales Manager who will be working alongside our newest client COGECO, a leading wireless services provider, and will be responsible for managing Telecommunication Events Sales Representatives and Team Leaders, and assisting the team in organizing and hosting events at a residential condos/apartments and retail/mall events to sell products and services.

As a Telecommunication Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for communicating expectations to employees and providing coaching and corrective actions when needed. Additionally, the Telecommunication Field Sales Manager will focus on sales while acting as an ambassador for the client and will be responsible for maintaining a positive brand image. The Telecommunication Field Sales Manager must have excellent verbal communication ability with high level management and professional written communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Key player in the implementation and management of our Event Sales operation
- Working outside or in a residential condos or apartments with the event sales team
- Provide on-site coaching and training to the Event Sales Rep team and Team Leaders
- Evaluate performance, recommend solutions and execute coaching to improve the performance of the Event Sales Representatives
- Handle customer complaints and resolutions
- Review product certifications and maintain records
- Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations
- Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed
- Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of Sales Management experience is required
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to commute from location to location
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care while driving sales
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Solid time management skills
- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
Compensation:
- $55,000 base salary plus commission
