About the Opportunity
The Radiation Therapist accurately and precisely prepares a cancer patient and their chart for administration of a course of radiation treatments. The Radiation Therapist will function as a key member of the Cancer Treatment Team. It is expected that the therapist will rotate through radiation treatment preparation, simulation, mould room, dosimetry, and treatment delivery.

Compensation and Benefit Package
$46.79 - $55.92 hourly
Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
About You
- Upcoming Graduate OR Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Program in Canada or a non-Canadian program recognized by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
- Registration (or eligible for registration) with Nova Scotia Association of Medical Radiation Technologists and Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists.
Hours
- Various permanent, assignments (temporary), opportunities available at Cape Breton Regional, Sydney, Nova Scotia.
- Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
