BI Engineer & Data Programmer   to join our Canadian client's Customer Analytics

team. In this role, you will work with large-scale datasets and be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable reporting solutions for clients.

A key focus of this position will be data transformation

, including data mapping

and conversion

, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and the delivery of accurate and timely insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable data pipelines

  and transformation processes (ETL/ELT)

• Write clean, efficient code using Python, SQL, R

  (or similar) to automate workflows

• Design and optimize database schemas, queries

  , and stored procedures

• Conduct rigorous data validation and cleansing

  to ensure accuracy

• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, analysts

  , and business teams

• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation

• Use data visualization tools

  to support client-facing reporting (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics

  , or a related field

• 5+ years in a similar data engineering, reporting, or analyst

  role

Technical Skills

• Strong command of SQL

  , BigQuery

  , and Excel

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  data services

• Experience with data visualization tools

  such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio

• Understanding of statistical analysis
