• Process Payroll bi-weekly and Off-Cycles for multi-state employees
• Manage and respond to ServiceNow cases and payroll-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Process, review, and support payroll operations using internal systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• Monitor, organize, and respond to messages in the team payroll mailbox
• Perform payroll file loads and balance payroll data to ensure accuracy
• Execute day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain and manage personnel files and records for assigned employee groups
• Perform Excel-based tasks such as VLOOKUPs and data analysis for payroll accuracy and reporting
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts for payroll and HR operations

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to manage and track cases
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and basic formulas
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and follow through on assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dayforce HCM
• Familiarity with HR administrative tasks and support processes
• Exposure to HRIS systems and workforce management tools
• Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance
